2.	4/22/2008 9:25:00 PM	I encurage them to take Vytorin if their NMR results have shown improvement with Vytorin vs statin alone. IIf this is unacceptable to them I change them to the next hiigher dose of simvastatin and recheck their NMR lipid analysis in two months.
